Michael Fingland

Managing Director

As the founder and Managing Director of Vantage Performance, Michael has more than sixteen years experience in the turnaround management and corporate restructuring industries. Michael has worked extensively across a range of industries both in Australia and the United Kingdom.

Michael is regularly asked to speak to the members of peak professional bodies including the Turnaround Management Association, Institute of Chartered Accountants, CPA Australia, AVCAL, IPA, CIMA, AHRI, AICM and the Chambers of Commerce.

Michael is a Chartered Accountant, a Director of the Turnaround Management Association and a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Brisbane Concrete Pumping - Financial restructuring, capital raising and turnaround management of Queensland's largest concrete pumping business.

Dick Johnson Racing - Financial restructuring of the Dick Johnson Racing Group of companies.

Project Fordor - Business strategy, profit improvement, cash flow and working capital management, capital raising and successful turnaround management of a manufacturing business with annual turnover of $25 million.
